GOBLR

Terms of Use

Effective 6 November 2026

These terms apply when you use the GOBLR app. By using it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Please read the Disputes section. It requires most disputes to be settled by individual arbitration instead of in court, and it waives class actions and jury trials. You can opt out within 30 days.

Who provides GOBLR

GOBLR is published by Ty Catchot ("we", "us"). OpsCraft builds and operates it on his behalf. In the sections on risk, warranty, liability and indemnity, "we" also includes OpsCraft and the service providers that run GOBLR. Contact: goblr@opscraftusa.com.

GOBLR is a guide, not the law

GOBLR summarizes turkey hunting regulations published by state wildlife agencies and links each rule to its source. We work to keep it accurate, but regulations change, and a summary can be wrong or out of date.

Hunting is at your own risk

Hunting carries risks, including injury or death from firearms, weather, terrain and other hunters. GOBLR does not tell you where it is safe or legal to hunt, whether you have permission to be on a piece of land, or where property lines are. Any map, area or boundary in the app is approximate. You alone are responsible for your safety, your equipment, your access to land and your decisions in the field, and you accept all of those risks.

Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google. You must be at least 16 to create an account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you. Keep your Apple or Google account secure; you are responsible for activity under your GOBLR account. You can delete your account at any time; see Delete your account.

Subscriptions

What you put in the app

Your tags, harvest records and photos stay yours. You let us store and process them only to run the app for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share or that is unlawful.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse GOBLR. That includes trying to reach other people's data, interfering with the service, copying or reselling its regulation content in bulk, or reverse engineering the app except where the law allows it.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use GOBLR on Apple or Android devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, under these terms and the store's usage rules. The app, its design and its compiled content belong to us. Regulation text published by state agencies belongs to those agencies.

Changes and availability

We may change, suspend or stop features, and we may update these terms. If we change them significantly, we will update the date above and tell you in the app. Continuing to use GOBLR after a change means you accept the new terms. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

No warranty

GOBLR is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted service.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages; for fines, penalties, license suspensions or other losses that result from relying on GOBLR instead of the official regulations; or for injury, death or property damage connected to hunting or anything else you do in the field. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for GOBLR in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, damage, loss or cost, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arises from your use of GOBLR, your hunting activity, what you put in the app, or your breach of these terms or of any law.

Disputes

Talk to us first

Before bringing any claim, email goblr@opscraftusa.com with your name, the email on your account, what the problem is and what you want. We will both try in good faith to resolve it for 60 days. Any deadline for bringing the claim is paused during that time.

Binding individual arbitration

Any dispute about GOBLR or these terms that we cannot resolve informally will be settled by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. The hearing will be by phone or video, or in the county where you live. We will pay the fees those rules require the business to pay. The arbitrator decides questions about the scope and enforceability of this section, except the class action waiver below, which only a court may decide. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

No class actions and no jury

Claims may be brought only on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding. You and we each waive the right to a jury trial. If a court finds this waiver unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim goes to court and waits until any individual arbitration is finished; everything else in this section still applies.

Opting out

You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first agreeing to these terms by emailing goblr@opscraftusa.com with the subject "Arbitration opt-out" and the email on your account. Opting out does not affect any other part of these terms.

Time limit

To the extent the law allows, any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and by the Federal Arbitration Act. Any dispute that is not arbitrated will be heard only in the state or federal courts located in Mississippi, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.

General

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about GOBLR. If any part is found unenforceable, it is limited as little as needed and the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a term, we have not waived it. You may not transfer these terms. We may transfer them, for example to a company that takes over GOBLR.
