Delete your GOBLR account
You can delete your GOBLR account and its data at any time, in the app or by email.
In the app
- Open GOBLR and sign in.
- Go to Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted right away.
By email, without the app
Email goblr@opscraftusa.com with the subject "Delete my GOBLR account". Send it from, or include, the email address you sign in with. If you used Apple's Hide My Email, that address is listed on your iPhone under Settings, your name, Sign in with Apple.
We may reply to confirm the request comes from the account holder. We delete the account within 30 days of confirming, and email you when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in link to Apple or Google.
- Your profile, including your state of residence.
- Your tags, harvest records, harvest locations and harvest photos.
- Your record of acknowledging the in-app disclaimer.
What is kept
Encrypted database backups are kept for up to 30 days and then deleted, so your data leaves the backups within that time. Apple and Google keep their own records of any purchases, under their own policies.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, because Apple or Google bills it. Cancel it first; see Support for how.
